Hawaiian Washers Toss Game Set

Worth every penny. Great yard game.

The game it self is awesome which I always played at family and friends houses here in Hawaii but decided to get my own. It came with a cracked leg. The color on the washers got chipped after playing it twice in the grass. The paint also ends up in ding marks stained on the carpet and the top for game point is to narrow. So not worth how much I spent on it & shipping.Update: After my review, the company had contacted me to try and help with my issues that I had with their product. They had resend me a new set of washers and told me how to fix the cracked leg. I am changing my review and adding 2 stars more for their awesome service and again the game itself it great.

I really like to play horseshoes and love the fact my family enjoys it as well it's great for our family bar b ques and just fun to play.

Good quality and arrived as expected

I bought this set from them directly a couple years ago. I first played Portuguese Horseshoes when back visiting friends and family in Hawaii. It's super fun for backyard parties and such. Personally I think it's better than cornhole, because there is more variety in scoring (leaners, hangers, etc.) People in Hawaii started by making sets for themselves, but when I researched it online, it seemed like a lot of work (plus it's hard to find the right size washers). These boxes are very well built--super sturdy and well thought out. They have a washer return hole out the back, handles for carrying and the two boxes nest together for transportation and storage. The guy who designed them is actually an engineer, I understand. I've taken my set camping in Yosemite, many times to the park and for get togethers with friends. You should give it a try!

Great game and a well made set. The whole family likes it very much and having the backstop makes it a lot more fun. The built in washer return is very nice and a surprisingly practical feature. The handles on the sides make it easy to move around. No, it isn't inexpensive and you certainly could build your own. But unless your pretty skilled it won't come out nearly as nice.

First played this in Hawaii with some locals and had a blast. Highly recommend this game sold by Vortcity, Had some product questions and spoke to Mark who provided great customer service. Ended up buying this game and also a cornhole game from him. Both products are great quality! I pull both sets out when we have friends over and they are both equally as fun for the adults and kids.
