Votivo Aromatic Candle Red Currant

This has been my favorite home decor scent since about 1997! It's hard to find around where I live now, so when I saw this and the room spray (from another seller), I was so excited! Smells tend to transport you back in time and provoke a feeling of familiarity and comfort, that is precisely what this particular "Red Current", aroma does to me... I really love this candle because the smell is not overwhelming but definitely noticeable and pleasant. . I will buy this again when mine stops burning~ I can't say how long it burns for, but it's a long time! If you aren't sure about this because it seems pricey; don't worry it is well worth it. I may be partial, but I can't see anyone not absolutely loving the smell of this candle. ♡ :)

Love these candles. Been using them for years. The red currant is delish smelling. Not too heavily-scented, yet nicely pervasive and not perfumey. The glass container is great because I don't have to bother with finding a container and they are nice and thick so can be reused. Votivo candles are expensive, but they burn evenly, don't smoke and will stay lit until every last drop of wax is gone. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish, Votivos are a good value.

It really does smell amazing. You don't even have to light it for the lovely scent to start filling the room. In fact you know it has arrived as soon as you open the box that it was shipped in without even seeing the product. It is a little on the expensive side but it honestly lasts for a long time even with burning it every day for an hour or two.

These smelled SO great when I took them out of the box, but after burning for about an hour, they totally lost their scent. I even had a visitor at my house see if she could smell them (in the event that I had just gotten used to the smell), and she said the smell was very faint. Almost as if the fragrance was only at the top portion of the candle. I had planned on this being my go-to gift for friends for presents, but not now.

I originally wanted the Black Ginger Aromatic Candle, but after reading the reviews it seemed that the Red Currant is the all around favorite. The smell is nice, but I think I expected something a bit different. The candle's scent does travel throughout my home like others have stated, and it seems to be burning slowly. The candle itself is fine quality, and comes packaged nicely! If I found a scent that I liked a bit better I would be 100% pleased!

I've had good experiences with Votivo. Their candles are of consistently high quality and this one was as well. The fragrance is lovely, warm but not cloying. It's an unusual fragrance but really quite nice and everyone who has smelled it really likes it. I would buy more!

This candle has a really great fragrance. It's a warm fragrance that is pleasing to most people. Not too sweet, doesn't smell like grass, not overpowering. Men and women seem to enjoy it. I would like one in every room. BUT it came broken. It comes in a nice gift box but mine was smashed in a corner and had a hole in the side. I was planning to give it as a gift but because of that I could not. I didn't open it until several weeks later and was definitely glad that I did not give it as a gift because the glass holding the candle was broken - big cracks down the side - I am not sure if it can be used at all. It's too bad because it's such a nice and somewhat pricey ($23) candle.

The definitive Votivo candle. The cleanest, freshest, most uplifting scent ever...just be careful to trim the wick when it gets too long, and you'll have to clean the sides of the jar (as Votivo unfortunately does not offer a clean burn.) The fragrance makes the extra work worth it, though (at least for me). You can also place one in a sunny window and you won't even have to light it!

ちょっと酸味のある香りがスッキリさせてくれます。柔らかい感じで部屋を包んでくれる香りで、私は大好きです。でも、人によっては物足りなく感じる香りかもしれませんが…

プレゼント用に購入しました。外側の梱包を開けるだけでとてもいい香りがしました。お友達にも喜んでいただけました。オシャレで可愛いので、また自分用にも購入したいと思います。
