Although I am only a little over a week into this tea, I wanted to leave a review on what I have found so far. I have really enjoyed drinking this tea in the morning! It is definitely a mild flavor and very easy to drink. While there is instructions to do a cold brew, I have only tried it hot.Regarding how I look and feel, I do think this tea does help reduce bloating. I have not noticed any significant changes in my weight so far, but I do think my stomach in particular looks leaner when I drink this tea.The biggest thing that this tea has helped me with is with my bowel movements! I definitely usually lean toward being more constipated typically, but I have been much more regular since starting this tea. It hasn't been like a laxative, but I've definitely been on a more consistent schedule.I plan to post an update when I complete the tea, but I have enjoyed using it so far. If you are not as regular like me, I definitely recommend adding it into your daily routine!

Taste is good. Did not get me bloated. Stopped taking for now, restarting after new years. But would recommend it to anyone👍🏻

I received Bag of Nature Tea bag only two days after I ordered it. It came in a bag that was resealable keeping the unused individual tea bags fresh. I like that they company does not wrap the tea bag individually therefore is not wasteful with packaging. The tea tastes really good. I drink it first thing in the morning and it really helps eliminate my bloating. I will definitely order more. It would be nice if they offer a monthly subscription on my Amazon subscription.

I like how it helped me slim down my belly and arms. Could see the difference after almost 2 weeks. Amazing energy all day. I love it so much I bought 2 more bags, got lucky they had it at 50% at that time.
