does it work with iphone 11 14.1 ios ?

Yes, but not as well as it did prior to 13.4 iOS. It now has limitations that makes you have part of your bud a certain way, so not completely customizable... definitely a better option for Android at the moment

What is the max thickness of a phone with case that can fit ?

Not sure. But we always take the case off when playing. Just a better fit
