First impression review - it's only just arrived and is a gift.Presentation is good, it's a neat black box and everything has it's place within the box. The lid fits snugly, which is great, but it is tricky to a really get the lid off.The pen itself seems to write well (based on a squiggle test) and looks just as advertised. It doesn't look or feel "cheap" (some reviews said it's pound shop quality), it seems to be of a decent quality, considering the price range (so I'm sure if your budget allpws, you could higher quality equivalents).It comes with 3 spare batteries for the torch, but it is worth noting that the torch uses 3 batteries at a time, so when the first lot go flat, you need to use all 3 spares in one go.The 3 spare ink tubes seem to have a wax coating to seal the nibs. As it's a gift, I've not fiddled with these to check their quality.To access the stylus, you unscrew the pen to take it out of the main (ruler and torch) casing. To access the screwdriver, you unscrew the stylus end from the pen. You pull (or twist and pull) the screwdriver head to take it out and re-insert the other way around if you need the other side of it.To remove the torch, you unscrew the torch end.You twist to unlock the battery shaft and then have to use something to push the batteries out of their fitting.So first impression, after fiddling with it and getting a feel for it, is that it's a perfect little gift or stocking filler - for men AND women. It's a handy little item. Hopefully I can update this in a few months after I know how it olds up to general use.

Very great solid multi tool pen. Stronger than expected. The tools are great and everything advertised but 3 small down points are 1. I wouldn't use this as a phone stand, specially when it has been used to remove beer bottle tops and 2. The 0 on inches and the 0 on mm are not aligned which would be useful for converting and 3 . The internal screwdriver part is cheap made compared to the exterior.

To be honest, I ordered this product to get the refills for a very similar pen someone gave me--I liked the fluency and smoothness of the ink flow. I could find no other way of getting any refills. The product details online show four refills and one assumes that the pen will have its own as well, but in fact, you get three, with one inside the pen. Knowing what refills can cost, and that there seems to be no other way of getting any, I accepted the price. The extra features are barely worth having (although I did once use the spirit level of the pen I already had). Some reviews talk of a torch but there was no torch in the one I received. As for the stylus and the two-head screwdriver, they are firmly lodged in the barrel of the pen never, I suspect, to be extracted. I would have preferred another copy of the first pen I was given ("Work Expert") which one can dismantle with ease, but it doesn't seem to be on offer with extra refills. I'd rather buy half a dozen refills than keep adding to my collection of gadget-pens, but the makers (whoever they are) apparently aren't keen to sell them separately. I imagine that if manufacturers were keener to provide good products (with extras where applicable) than on squeezing as much money as they can out of customers, they might make more money in the long run--some know this, but not enough. Would I recommend this to anybody? What do you think?

No matter how hard my husband tried to extract the crosshead and flathead screwdriver bits out from the far end of the tool pen, they stubbornly remained inside. The bottle opener bit wasn't screwed in, but glued, and the metal was cheap zinc, not alloy or steel. The pen clip sheared off when I attempted to clip the tool pen to my shirt. Its jagged metal nearly cutting my finger.This tool pen is absolute rubbish, a cheap and very nasty substitute for better branded goods. It did not even deserve 1 star. It got binned.

The good:First, the presentation is nice (badly translated manual, but hey) and the ppen looks good.It's solid metal and does feel like it'll last a long timeThe twist to reveal pen works well, the pen itself working ok (refills are cheap anyway).The phone stand function does work well!The bad:I can't - and won't use tools to try - remove the top or get to the screwdriverThere's no stylusIn short, it's a 4 in 1: ruler, bottle opener, phone stand and pen

Pen arrived on time and arrived in a nice clear case. First impressions was the pen looked nice and felt sturdy. Had the 3 extra refills.The twist section came apart seperatly with ease.Different story for the top section. Neither my husband or myself could get the top section/bottle opener off. We ended up having to use 2 pipe grips to twist and pull off. The pen was glued together. We can see the flathead screwdriver and the top of the stylus (which has now been punctured) but they are stuck, we think also glued inside the pen.Tried searching on my order to contact the seller. Cant find to ask for an exchangeVery disappointing start for early Xmas gift.

Came as described, with all parts.This was just a stocking filler but I ended up using the tiny screwdriver to undo al the tiny screws in the kids Christmas presents (why do they make it so difficult to open toys these days)The pen writes well and it’s comfortable to hold.I couldn’t get the torch to work but I’ll accept the blame, couldn’t get the batteries to go in properlyComes well presented and given that I had no high hopes for this it actually impressed me

This is well worth the money, it may be cheap but it is far from it as a product, feels heavier than I expected, its not plastic, it came in a box that resembles a jewellery box with each compartment for each different part of the pen, it comes with ink refills too which I was not expecting, all in all well worth the money and very happy with the product
