One of the best Shirataki noodles
While most shirataki noodles have a very pungent fishy odor, while these do have that smell it's not near as strong as other brands. Additionally the best way to cook these is to rinse well (very well) then pan fry them with a little avocado oil first then add 1/4 a cup of water to keep them soft before adding them into your sauce/soup. They have the soft texture but aren't gummy. There is no al dente texture so they aren't exactly like pasta but they do the trick for gluten free/keto dietary needs.

Can NOT get past the texture.
I was soo very excited to try these! My first time trying shiritaki noodles. I wanted to love them! I didnt notice any odor at all. But i followed all the directions except i did lightly pan fry them after washing them cuz that is what I have seen everyone do with these kind of noodles. It looks, feels and tastes like spaghetti so that is a plus, but the texture..i just could NOT get past the inside texture. Kinda like a crunch but not really? Maybe what a soggy water chesnut would taste like? Just dont know how to explain it! Maybe its because i dried them up a bit in the pan after washing? Ive seen some people wash, then boil in salt water for 2 min, then dry in frying pan. Idk but I was excited for spaghetti after 2 months of no pasta but couldnt get past the 1st bite. Now to find someone who might like them because i have 3 more than I will never use. Bummer. BUT, props to the company regardless! THey are clearly doing something wonderful for low carb lifestylers! I applaud that! :-)

Best shirataki I've ever had
Seriously. Zero odor right out of the bag and no need to jump through 15 hoops to make the tolerable. That said, I don't know who is going to get 6 meals out of one of the bags. They are filling, but they are not that filling unless you are adding veggie noodles to them. I used 4 of these to make pad thai, and they will probably give us 2 servings per bag. Expensive, yes, but worth it IMO.

Tastes like regular spaghetti
I made keto beef teriyaki with these and my husband swore it was regular spaghetti!! So good!

Not the best sub for noodles.
These were just OK. I made a carbonara which requires a very hot pasta base. The texture was not what we wanted and it didn't really work. I do love these noodles in the soups though. Plain was not the best experience. Zoodles are preferred during keto or low car subs.

These come close to regular noodles
I eat these types of noodles without the expectation theyd taste like regular wheat based noodles. I was suprised the texture of these came close.

Love these!
Very versatile noodles that taste good and look more like the real thing than any others I've tried... and that is a lot! They are a little expensive, but so is everything labeled as keto.
