Waste of time 96 ranger
95 2.3l ford Ranger - the New seal to the pump is too big or soemthing and it just pours out steering fluid now. Ypu cant see under why its actually leaking as theres no room in the bay.. Honestly waste of time and money. And then it doesn't come with a new cap so naturally you would just re use your old one but the old cap doesnt fit the new housing properly either so really just dont waste your time with this

Alignment for out put line
The original one was loose and leaking around the joint. After replacing the seals the housing went on snug. No leaks after replacing. Caution when replacing housing as the large seal can be pushed off.

Fixed the leak on my pump.

No Hydra boost port.
Was supposed to fit 7.3 power stroke but did not realize there was not a post for the Hydra boost until after it was installed. So ended up using the oring with my original part and threw away the new one away. What a waste on time and money. No it didn't leak but it would have been great if it was the right part.

Factory fit, feel and look
Feels, fits and looks just like the factory housing. Came with everything needed for a lead-free install and slid right on the pump. Broke mine, by accident, on my 1987 F350 6.9 IDI and this was a great swap, esp for the money.

Incredible fit, first time!
The unit came in a timely manner and the installation was fast and easy. When I topped up the fluid and went through the bleed procedure, it worked first time with a little seepage. However, the way to make sure there are no leaks is to run it, then torque it down a quarter turn. Run it again and torque it a final time. No leaks for over a month since installing it. This procedure worked for the new high pressure and return lines to the steering gear! Would happily order again if I need one!

Just like OEM
Replaced my power steering pump on my 2004 Mustang 3.9L. Needed a reservoir as the new pump didn’t come with one. This one fit perfectly and even came with extra gaskets. Definitely recommend

Fait venir pour mon ranger annonce disait direct fit pas pu le posé toute de suite du à des pices en attente quand ce fut le temps il fesait pas trop tard pour le retourner.

the description for this item is misleading; it states that it is a COMPLETE assembly including the CAP. Unfortunately, the description is in correct; there was no CAP to be found in the package. Now I have to order the additional parts to complete the working unit.
