I have Afro hair and I think this cap is amazing! The heat perhaps only lasts for 15 min before needing reheated but honestly, it’s fabulous for a deep condition. Total luxury. I recommend.

Smelt awful so hand washed in some gentle soap and water as the instructions said I could, but it turned into a big slimy, heavy mess. Nothing I could do to salvage and it still smelt awful so unfortunately it went straight in the bin. Waste of money.

I have loved this product for several months and have recommended it to EVERYONE. I ordered one for my elderly Mother and Sister as it work so well.It arrived quickly......BUT......It has increased in price by £3.00 (no problem as long as I'm getting better or same quality of product)I was then given a less than expected item for the following reasons:1. One of the major selling points of this item was that it came with it's own Zip lock style bag that could be used in the microwave to help heat the seeds better so the cap stays warmer for longer. Key benefit of the bag.2. When in the microwave the bag helped keep the heat cap food smell free!!!3. When in the bag it's preserved and protected from being damaged.I rate it as one of the best but I am disappointed

As others have pointed out this cap doesn’t stay WarM enough for LoNG but I didn’t mind popping it back in the microwave once it cooled. The heat was pretty even but I did take it out and shake it up half way through heating. I like the fact that I can be fully mobile while deep conditioning. But on the other hand, as I spend the time while deep conditioning reading, sitting still under a hood dryer isn’t a huge hardship. All in all I’d recommend this as long as you understand it’s limitations. You get the mobility but you lose on continuous heat for 30+ mins.

Good product but heat wears off after about 15 minutes so I have to keep reheating the bag.

I've had this cap for a few weeks now. The heat only last about 15 - 20 minutes, but I don't find it a problem to reheat. Can't really complain considering the price. Overall a good buy.

This product does what it says. I use it when I have oil in my hair and need a hot wrap. Sometimes can feel tight on my forhead but otherwise heats up nicely.
