I ordered this book as one of my nephew's graduation presents 4 years ago. Not sure if he ever read it, but a much earlier edition from 1965 has been my standby since the 90s. It's my bible. If you apply the ideas, it's magical. It works for me from small scale to large scale. It's likely nothing you haven't heard before, but its delivery and approach resonates in such a profound way. Hopefully, if you're not already in this space spiritually, it will change your perspective and transform your life.

The stories are inspirational and the affirmations work. Joseph Murphy's messages helped me through tough times and brought me back to my spirituality. This is not a religious book but a book of hope, positive thinking and a way to change your life in wonderful ways. I just book another book of his and look forward to his encouraging words.

I was asked why I rated this book 5 stars, well, really, truth be told, it is so good, this book is a 6 star book. But, since I was only offered a 5 star rating, I wanted to let everyone know it is better than the normal highest rating.

Since I have read numerous books in the past by the late Joseph Murphy, when I saw this 246 soft cover book (The Amazing Laws of Cosmic Mind Power by Joseph Murphy) on Amazon for a bargain price I decided to purchase it. In all honesty, I did not enjoy this book as much as the other ones I have read; however, for those who are really into God and the religious approach this book emphasizes and preaches may find great value in this volume. When I purchased this book I did not realize it was going to be mostly about praying to God to achieve anything you may desire and need; nevertheless, I admit there are some good advice and points made in this volume. I did find it to be a quick read because of the short points made in each of the 15 laws it promotes. The book covers the following material: The astounding law of contact with the cosmic mind, the secret law of faith, the law of healing, the dynamic law of protection, the mysterious law of inner guidance, the mighty law of courage, the wonderful law of security, the magical law of mental nutrition, the great law of love, the positive law of emotional control, the thrilling law of martial harmony, the glorious law of peace of mind, the replenishing law of automatic prosperity, the penultimate law of creation, and the ultimate law of infinite life. If you are a fan of Dr. Joseph Murphy’s books you may want to check out this volume for yourself. To be honest, I liked his book “The Power of your Subconscious Mind” much better than this book. I highly recommend all of Dr. Joseph Murphy's books. They are great food for the mind. I especially recommend The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. This book is absolutely wonderful at explaining the difference between our conscious mind and our subconscious mind and how we can take charge of our lives by better understanding how these two aspects of our mind work. Enjoy!

This is not exactly a Dr. Joseph Murphy book. It’s decent but not his original work. I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s hard to tell what is original and what is added in.

This is the first book of Dr Joseph Murphy I have read. He wrote about the secretes of mind in this book; Personally I practiced some of the exercises suggested in this book and got amazing results. Two chapters named the secret law of faith and the miraculous law of healing I like the most.I practiced, worked and repeated the prayers given at the end of each chapter; believe me I got amazing results.Other chapters are also good.Someone who wants to increase his mental ability and faith must read this book
