Does this have an inner cooling fan?

It says it will work with 0.2mm upto 0.8mm, wi it work with 0.15mm too. Thanks

Does the air tank require too be cleaned and if that is the case is it easy too do so

You don't need to clean or even disassemble the tank. There is a moisture trip to empty, but that is very simple to do (you just push a spring-loaded stopper at the bottom of the trap). The 186 is a very good compressor and setting the pressure is straightforward. I chose this version (built into a housing) for safety as all compressors get hot during use.
