When it arrived I figured that I probably needed to charge it.. well I put it on the charger and was excited to use it. The UV lamp light up after press ON/OFF button 3 times continuously, and when i press and hold on OUT button, we could not see any change at needle, so i first try on fruit and really work. I will try my leg and expect the result.Satisdfied !!!

I just received it and haven't even used it, but the manual is good of any product i've received, and package really nice. I have figured out how to use it and really like it. expect the effective after using.

I am very satisfied with removing pen, I use it to remove a spot on my face and age spots on my hands.The spots were removed smoothly, I was surprised and surprised by it! I like it!

It was easy to use! I made sure to read the instruction multiple times. It's been about week since I used this tool and I am amazed! I had a mole on my lip since I was young and its finally off.

There seems to be something missing form my order. There is nothing included to insert the fine needles into. Also, the instructions are not as detailed as I would have hoped, since this device causes pain and swelling, which was resolved once I put antibiotic pain cream on the areas. It was somewhat alarming, however, and I cannot imagine using this device on my face. Quite disappointing.

I had a few spots I wanted to get rid of, but it is so expensive to salon. It was super easy to use..just take it out of the box power it on and select your speed/output level. You have a couple ends to choose from depending on what you are wanting to remove(small pointy or more larger and rounded). I have removed spot. The area looked dark for a few days and the scabby part came off in the shower.

I definetly got this because it says it can remove tattoos anxiously waiting to try it on myself. Before i receved it i have search on vedio and learn how to use.So i try first on apple to practice.

Works as stated, used this several times. I did feel some pain the first 2 times, but then got some lidocaine lotion and it really helped. removed mole so this is really a good tool for removal.
