This was a really nice box set. Definitely a lot of material in the box. The pak40 guns look great and so do the bunkers. The boats are wood and surprised me because they look really nice put together and are surprisingly big. The DD sherman is definitely a nice touch. The soldiers have a lot of detail. My only complaint is that I wish the AT/flak bunker came with a flak cannon and I also wish the building of the troops in the instructions were more detailed. Especially with the germans. The book gives points for the Americans, but not for the germans. Instead it refers you to the page in the rule book which it does not come with. think the booklet should come with more detailed rules for the germans like they did for the Americans. You can make out the build from the photos, but I wanted to follow from the rulebook. Great set though. Items are in the box. Most things are wrapped in bubble wrap. The only thing loose was the sprues for the American and German troops.

This set contains all the items to make a Longest Day diorama.I bought additional figures to fill it up.It does require painting and assembling.

Loved the box and contents but everything was thrown in there and nothing was secured. More than half of all the sprues pieces are mixed in the box. So instead of cutting them out I have to fish for the correct pieces, hard to do when everything looks the same. Besides this, Its a good box, just lousy that everything in it is jacked up.
