Excellent single source creatine. Some people will prefer an array of creatine sources and I choose to combo it with Muscle Pharm.

I wasn'r happy with zero mucle gains

This was my first cycle of creatine use. It gave me more energy for my workouts. It also made me want to drink a lot more water. I wasn'r happy with zero mucle gains. I am going to try something else next cycle.
