Missing filters
I just received the products - two masks today. The Extra filters are missing. They only put one additional filter when I supposed to receive 3 more to the total of 5 as advertised. I’m in a rush to leave overseas and this is such a disappointment. I planned to buy more from this seller because i need additional masks but now I don’t think I will.

These are not the kind you need for wildfires!
The description states that these are N95 filtering, but the packaging states that nowhere.Further, please note that the straps go around your ears. That's not the way a mask should be fitted. It should be designed with two straps clear around your head: one above and one below your ears.
