Great for LS enthusiasts.
Fantastic book and knowledge on the GM LS series engines. Its always great to have a book if you are into these engines even if there is alot of knowledge online there are still alot of valuable specs in this book. I got it because I'm an enthusiast not necessarily as a how to guide.

A must have for anyone wanting to rebuild the LS motors.
Great quality pictures and easy to understand instructions. Casting # identifier, Cylinder head ID #s and lots more.

Best Book For LS Rebuilds!
I lost the other book I had and didn't realize how handy this book is! Sure the information is on the internet but everytime I need to look up torque specs or torque sequences my hands are oily and dirty. I'd rather get the book dirty rather than my phone. Or I'd have to continuously wash off my hands to search my phone for the same info. VERY USEFUL BOOK!

Great supplement due to its insight
Not bad. I would say its a good supplement to the engine manual. It shares great insight to additional knowledge/advice.

Good knowledge book
I bought this book for the torque specs and tolerance details but was impressed by the knowledge they give and the nice color pictures. I've built quite a few engines in my life but I'd venture to say this book would be a necessity for the novice builders as well. Im sure a person could build an engine that would run fine if they had this book and followed the instructions given. Definitely worth the money

This book is full of good information, excellent read for weekend mechanics and experienced technicians. Written, edited, and designed in the U.S.A. :) Printed in china :( :( . Book is a good value at about $35.00 and i would recommend it if you are thinking about doing a GM LS engine rebuild yourself.J.R. , ASE Master Automobile Technician
