Vodavi STS 24 Button Display Speakerphone Charcoal 3515-71

I ordered 3 of these phones, expecting an exact model as the one I have on my desk. Unfortunately, that was not the case, though they seem to be interchangeable. My real issue is that 1 of the 3 phones ordered is missing the switch at the bottom, and the receiver is stuck down, so either the spring is broken on the inside, or it is broken altogether. That same phone had an incorrect phone receiver on it. Also, I didn't receive a label for the buttons, along with the plastic protector. The phone quality is mediocre for a refurbished phone. One was absolutely filthy upon receiving it.

Went for months with missing extensions because of people breaking phones. Nice to finally have ext where I need them. These were in great condition and got here quickly.If need be .... I will buy again

The pohnes were ordered to replace 3 bad phones that we were using in our office. the new phones work great, no problems and allowed us to save rather than having to replace the entire system.

I bought 3 phones only one had a small problem with the hold button, but they sent me another one as soon as I returned the malfunctioning one. Now all my phones are working great

Product was in great condition for a used phone. I have ordered from other sites and this one was superior. If I need another phone I know where to go!
