If I could rate this above 5 stars, I absolutely would. I'm going to start this by saying I have had my hair done professionally for years, with that said, I have almost always followed my stylist's haircare instructions to a T. I've purchased hair care upwards of $75, I've done the Brazilian blowouts, the K18, the Olaplex treatments, the rice water method, you name it. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, has made my hair as soft and manageable as this line. I can brush it straight out of the shower, my hair is extremely thick and I've never been able to do this as it tangles easily and when it's wet, it's like a jungle. I get compliments all of the time of how shiny my hair is, how good it smells, and how much its grown (I chopped it in January and its to the middle of my back again). It doesn't leave that weird, waxy residue and doesn't feel heavy on my hair, and I feel like my hair feels actually clean if that makes sense. The rosemary scent isn't overpowering but it lasts for days after washing and is a really soft, subtle scent. For an affordable hair care line, this is the way to go. I've also used their hair gloss and it makes your hair shine tremendously and it feels so healthy for days. I don't think I'll ever go back to expensive shampoos and conditioners after using this one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this shampoo/conditioner combo. I have a hard time with maintaining my hair color. The dye fades quickly for me and gets brassy because I’m outdoors a lot. I started buying this product to see if it could help. It actually makes a huge difference and is gentle for my hair. I also notice it doesn’t weigh down my hair or leave it looking dull. I don’t use much either. Just squeeze a small amount and work it through. The liquid is rich and thick, the shampoo lathers very nicely, and it washes clean. The conditioner saturates my hair using very little, and leaves my hair soft and clean. This is really a great product set for the price. I buy it because it’s affordable and does what it says it will do. It feels luxe and smells nice.

They leave my hair soft and shiny! My scalp doesn’t itch as much anymore. They don’t have an overpowering scent. A light clean scent. I have color treated, thinning hair. I am taking meds that help my hair grow but cause dryness and itching in my scalp. This shampoo and conditioner help so much with that. They also still help protect the color as well.

This L’Oreal Paris Moisture Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner set has been my go-to for a while now. It smells amazing, leaves my hair super soft, and does a great job at keeping it clean and hydrated without weighing it down. It’s a solid, reliable set that performs well every time. That said, I’m trying to move toward more natural, clean beauty products—and this one still contains quite a few additives and chemicals despite being sulfate-free. If you’re focused purely on results, it’s a great option. But if you're trying to minimize ingredients or go more natural, it might not fully align with those goals. Still, for performance and everyday use, it’s a great value and delivers noticeable softness and shine.

I like that this shampoo is Sulfate free as that is good for natural curly hair, it helps with not stripping the hair oils. I have used this shampoo with color treated hair and natural hair and it works with and without dyed hair. The squeeze tubes are medium size and do not take up a lot of space. They are easy to get the product out of and the caps seal well. I do wish that they offered this product in bigger portion sizes as it seems to be used rather fast. The smell of the shampoo is pleasant and I personally like it. My hair is soft after using this shampoo and feels and looks amazing. I would purchase again

I wanted to wait until I had been using the shampoo and conditioner a couple of weeks before I did a review. I can tell you from personal experience that it really helped my hair. I had some chemical processing done on my hair and it’s shoulder length. One part of the ends got burnt pretty good. I sure didn’t want to cut that much off my hair so I begin looking for a different route. The reviews on this are excellent. I always read all the reviews before I purchase anything. It’s such a long ways to return an item I have to make sure I’m gonna keep it first before I purchase it this left my hair very hydrated because it’s curly and very unruly. But it did a fantastic job and my hair is so full and bouncy and beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone having very dry or damaged hair to give this a try. This was my first shipment, and I am very pleased with it. I’ve gotten great results every time I’ve used it. It smells good and I really love it. I would highly recommend anyone by this., if you have dry or damaged hair. I was strongly recommend that anyone using a wet hairbrush and starting from the ends of the hair. I’ve always had trouble detangling my hair, but this brush makes it so much easier.

Okay shampoo and conditioner. Don’t know if it made the biggest difference in my hairs moisture but it didn’t make it worse! Thought the bottles would be a bit bigger too

I have always had very long, thick, wavy-to-curly hair (depending on which part of my head we’re talking about). I’ve also been having it professionally colored it religiously since I got over my “box dye phase” around 16 (about 8 years ago🙈). The last time I went to the salon was when business were beginning to close due to Covid, so I decided that since it looked like I’d be sitting at home for a while, I wanted to add some blue to my normally black hair which involved my stylist having to bleach the mids and ends of my already partially damaged hair. Since then, the bleached portions have lost their shine, look “crunchy”, and the worst part has been losing my natural curl in those areas. It basically just started frizzing and poofing anywhere the bleach/blue dye was put on. For this reason, I started looking into ways I could protect my hair from further damage and try and help what had already been done. After scrolling through google for a while, I came across the Curly Girl Method (if you have naturally wavy, curly, or kinky hair and haven’t heard of this PLEASE look into it) which then lead me to searching for sulfate free shampoos and conditioners which then lead me to these products. I WILL NEVER STOP USING THEM. After ONE shower, my hair looked and FELT completely different. I cannot explain the transformation like it seemed like witchcraft of some sort lol. Because it doesn’t have sulfates, you won’t get that “squeaky clean hair and scalp” feeling, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is NOT the product for you. But for my dry, damaged hair, this works wonderfully to not strip every bit of natural oils out of my hair AND to protect my salon color longer (sulfates in regular shampoos RUIN color by stripping hair, so even though it feels a lot cleaner, sulfates are HARSH for your hair and skin). Most people who follow the Curly Girl Method hair routine will recommend washing hair with a clarifying shampoo once a month or so to “reset” the hair and scalp by removing whatever additional oils/products/dirt that may build up while using a sulfate free shampoo throughout the month. My hair does feel slightly more oily after 3 or 4 days of washing it than it normally would, but not enough to bother me. (I still go a week at the time without washing while using this). I’ve now used this shampoo and conditioner twice in a row with no others and my hair hasn’t felt or looked like this in YEARS. I have shine, my curls/waves have bounce and definition, and it’s SO much easier to detangle!!!!! It also feels soooo much lighter because it’s not as “poofy” as it was before. I can not recommend this to anyone with big, wavy, thick, frizzy, fried, dehydrated hair ENOUGH!!!! It was immediately a game changer for me, like my hair did a 180. For context, before I tried these and just used my regular old shampoo and conditioner, I always had to apply like twenty gallons of leave-in conditioning products after each wash because my hair would be SO DRY after. But the very first wash with these made my hair feel BETTER than it did with allllllll of those leave in products on AFTER ONLY A BASIC SHAMPOO/CONDITION IN THE SHOWER WITH NO ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS ADDED. I know I’m rambling but y’all NEED to try this if you have hair like mine. I do not think you’ll regret it!!!!!!! These have transformed my hair more than any high-end, salon-quality products ever has before!!!! And you cannot beat the price for the results this gives. If you’re on the fence, DO IT!!!!
