These are okay. I didn't see a big improvement with the pain. But didn't know until I tried. CVS Health Triple Action Joint Health is way better for support and pain and it's one tiny pill a day. I usually use these but wanted to try something new. I will be returning to what works for me. Plus CVS supplement has more for the money.

She said it could also be used this way for humans, so I did a little research of my own, then decided to try it.
