The Graded Motor Imagery Handbook Review: Great for anyone with CRPS - I have CRPS in my leg and foot. I have been following the program and have been noticing a difference in my pain levels . Im about to progress to the final and third stage of the process, which is mirror box therapy. Can't wait to try that. The authors are what I call "Gurus in the field". They are experts and really know what they are talking about. The book is well written and easy to read, even for the lay person. I highly recommend this book if you have CRPS, its worth a try. I also bought the app for about $7 which will really help you with the mental exercises in the first 2 stages of the process. Review: GMI - I've finished reading this book and have stated the Graded Motor Imagery. I do not know yet if it works, but I figure it is worth trying. I'll try to repost when I find out how successful it actually is.

Well written and thoughtful book.
This is a very well written book. They truly try to make it understandable for both clinicians and patients. I'm not through the whole program yet, so I'm not sure whether it will help with my chronic pain issue.
