Can you please clarify the dimensions? The confusing diagram image shows total top diameter at 9/10" & push button at 1 1/5", which is not possible.

9/10" is not correct. It's 1 13/16" and the push button is 1 to 1 1/16".

Is there a model that is designed for 1-3/4" hole?

The diameter of countertop hole should between 1 1/4” to 1 4/5”. Standard sink hole for soap dispenser is suitable, otherwise you need drill a hole by yourself.
