What is the Flex Cup pull-tab?

Flex Cup is the only cup in the world designed to be as easy to remove as a tampon, thanks to its patented pull-tab. No more struggling to pinch the base of your cup to break the seal: Flex Cup’s pull-tab does it for you in one smooth motion.

What's the difference between Flex Cup and other menstrual cups?

Flex Cup stands out because of it's patented pull-tab! It's the only cup in the world that can break the cup's seal (suction) for you. Clean, easy removal! The pull-tab is adjustable, too. Plus, say goodbye to cup staining with the black silicone!

How long will Flex Cup last?

With proper care, Flex Cup lasts for years! Cha-ching! Don't forget to try Flex Foaming Cleanser to help extend the lifespan of your cup. Follow the Instructions for Use for all cleaning and usage information.

Will Flex Cup work for a heavy period?

Flex Cup is a great for heavy flows. Size 01 holds the equivalent of 2 super tampons, while Size 02 holds 3 super tampons-worth of blood. Plus, the cup's adjustable pull-tab makes it easy to remove, empty mid-wear, and reinsert on heavy days.

Can I swim while wearing a menstrual cup?

Yes! Swimming with Flex Cup means swimming with no strings, no waterlogged tampons, and no worries. You can also shower, take baths, or chill in a hot tub while wearing Flex Cup as it collects your flow (instead of absorbing it like tampons)!
