Uncomfortable to use.
This was uncomfortable to use and actually came broken. It was an embarrassing thing to return but I did because I need the money. It came in a plastic bag which did not seal back so I put it in a clean zip lock bag and returned it that way. They refunded my money when I returned it.

Hard if dexterity is compromised.
The product is exactly as described. I need to modify it for myself.

Missing parts and instructions
Don't get this. It was poorly presented. Missing a part. It's a waste of money.
