Q: My nuwave oven grate is exactly 12 inches deep. then, i close the oven door and there is about 1/8" left. is this pan exactly 12" including lip?

Q: can it handle 600 degree heat without warping ?

I don’t think so. I had it in a 450 degree oven on the top rack and briefly set it on broil and the pan is now warped.
