50 years ago, our coach had us use ginseng to help with energy levels before competitions. The stuff back then was absolutely horrible tasting. I was hesitant to buy this, I was looking for an energy answer, and remembered what we did 50 years ago. Presumably it's helping my health and my energy, I'm just glad it doesn't taste terrible and make you want to throw up. Took off one star because of the expense of this brand.

Instantly your taste buds awaken and you want more. Your whole mouth comes alive as you drink from the pouch. I don't know what high energy and focus other people were talking about but I felt very calm and sleepy. I probably yawned several times after. 3 stars are just for the taste. It was delicious though.
