I did not expect it even to work, to be honest, but it turned out to be a spy tool. It is exactly what the description says, it records very discretely without other people noticing. It is perfect for lecture recording as even small sounds are recorded. I tried it and the sound quality is sooo good both on the earphone(included inside ) and on the laptop. If you have Windows, use Windows Media player as other softwares might not read wav files. I am very glad they even included even the usb converter for c-type cables. I checked the storage capacity if it is actually what they claimed: it does have 15.5 Gb of storage (some space is always lost when producing the device). To record you need to have press the button, but to write you need to twist the silver part at the bottom to let the tip come out. I am glad that they even gave me 2 pen refills. IMPORTANT: to change the refill you need to unscrew it, DO NOT TRY TO PUSH IT OUT.Overall I am more than satisfied about it

This product came quickly and was well packaged. The pen itself looked great and charged in no time. However, when it came to attaching it to my computer, it came with a virus which was - thankfully - picked up by my software. Disappointed and more than a little annoyed. Return already in progress.

I purchase this item on 4th July with prime same day delivery, when it arrived I plugged it in and Windows Defender reported it contained a severe virus the virus was Win32/Virut.BO The item is being returned. All I can say is get good virus protection first because after Defender cleaned the first virus a second virus was found in a .wav file already on the pen this one was Win32/Uwamson.A!ml

I cant see, edit, save the recordings and I have reported the issues to the seller and I was told there is a problem in the product and they would replace it however, they have neither replaced it or contacted me in regards to it. I am very disappointed.Any reply will be helpful.

This product is well constructed and of impressive quality. It functioned well and on computer the playback provided clear conversations with excellent volume. The only drawback was that I couldn't hear playback on the ear pieces but this is a facility that I do not need so I haven't bothered to contact the suppliers despite the accompanying documentation urging buyers to do so.

Wow!Crisp audio! Very easy to use. Haven’t tested it in the environment I intend to use it yet (hence 4 stars) but very good so far. Will update once used.Some people saying viruses on it but I ran it through Kaspersky AND Malwarebytes. Nothing.

Purchased this so my daughter could use in school to record the 10 months of bullying she has suffered so far since being in comp. great item for evidence collecting

Absolutely rubbish!! Doesn’t record for longer than 5 minutes. I’m using the device as per the instructions and it won’t record for literally longer than 5 minutes. I needed this to record sales meetings so I could record what was discussed. Waste of money!! I have only rated 1 star as I couldn’t put no stars 😡
