Does it improve clay soil?

Please do NOT add sand to clay soil. That's an old wive's tale. It will make your soil worse. Sand particles are larger than clay particles and will work in-between them, making a solid mess--essentially concrete. University of Illinois did a study on this. Amend it with compost. You'll eventually make it better. Anyway, don't take my word for it. Do your research.

What is the peat to manure ratio or percentages of this bag?

the label doesn't say but i can imagine peat being the most abundant ingredient - the stuff did good on our flowerbeds

Are use it as a mixture in substrate. It’s kind of pricey, but I found it to be a superior product. I swear, is contaminants and that kind of thing.

How does this compare to Black Kow?

Black Kow isn't certified organic because the dairy farm that they get their manure from is not an organic dairy farm.
