Bought this monitor after seeing other good reviews, and they are all very true! Cannot fault it! So very easy to set up and use... use it for my baby son to monitor nap times until he transitions into his own room, the range is very good as we live in a three storey house and signal is very good over three floors! The night vision is also very clear, pictures do not do it justice! A very recommended product!! Well worth the money!

I have a child who struggles to sleep at night and has past medical conditions which cause us as parents trouble to sleep at night, after reading reviews of this product I purchased due to its excellent audio and camera quality.I originally bought this baby monitor back in July 2019., fantastic monitor - however, ours nearly caught fire!The cable and the monitor both suffered burn damage at the power source on the monitor.I informed the supplier who provided a full refund and then got another one, why (you may ask?) the night vision and audio alarm on the camera is an excellent feature when you want to be alerted to noise which is a fantastic feature.So December 2019, I ordered another one.What a wrong move to make!The current monitor I have now stopped charging 1/2 way through the night causing the camera to lose power. The battery lasts about 2-hours then ka-put. The charging cable supplied (and others I have) charge the unit with LED indicator for about 10-minutes then go off, not charging.Overall, the video and sound of this monitor are great.The practical reliability of the product has let it's self down twice. Once could have been a serious incident, and currently is just being a massive inconvenience which I will be bringing to the attention of their customer services again.

Spent the last hour trying to pair the camera to an App that is apparently not supported. Brilliant.I bought the camera to use as a baby monitor after reading the good reviews and the fact you could access the camera from outside of the home was a big bonus. Turns out some of the reviews are for a different camera which does have the WiFi iOS App functionality. So just beware you buy the correct one if that is what you are after.The picture on the supplied screen is very good I must admit. I will however be looking for a replacement for this camera and packing it up to be returned when I get back from working away.

This was a recommendation from a friend. Worth every penny. Both picture quality and sound detection are spot on. Night vision works perfectly and picture definition is very sharp. For the price I did not find another baby monitor to match it. As a new parent I would recommend it over any of the named brand models that we looked at.

Good design, although some form of universal bracket/clip for the camera should be standard with baby monitors, the camera itself should have an on/off switch for when not in use rather than having to unplug. Good picture and sound quality and the camera isn’t too noisy when adjusting it with the viewer.

Picture quality in night mode is brilliant. Sound quality not so good.Was not able to turn the VOX off on my monitor, which I think was faulty. Seller did not respond to my query so I returned it. An alarm kept going off when there was the slightest sound. Very annoying.

We bought this product back in August 2019, but didn't start using it until our baby moved into his own room in April this year. We really liked the picture quality and the large monitor screen as it meant we could see him breathing whilst sleeping, which was great. What was a little annoying was that there is a green light on the camera, which is actually too bright; there is no volume button for the sound; and the battery life on the monitor doesn't last very long.What has been really irritating is that the monitor has stopped charging, rendering the entire product useless. I haven't been able to find any details to contact the seller directly regarding this problem, so forced to write this review.... basically we've only used the monitor for 4 months and we're going to have to buy another one. Very frustrating.

I bought this for my mum to keep an eye on my dad who has dementia. So impressed! When I set it up for her I was a little doubtful about the range in a big very old house, but the picture quality is amazing-especially as you can move the camera via the remote! Superb value for money. It's perfect for her needs. Only problem, I could not turn off the "lullaby" after seeing what it was like (tinny). Would deffo recommend this product.
