Affordable and easy to use.
Worked great, easy to hold and has a swith so that you don't need to hold it down for a continuous flame.

Great torch!
Torch works good. After almost a year it stopped working. I was going to order a new one and saw that they had a year warranty on it. Their customer service department sent me a new one in 3 days. Wonderful company!

Butane Torch Is a Good Value
This torch was easy to fill with butane and worked perfectly and quickly to start a fire in our pellet smoker tube. You have to buy the fuel separately, but the torch comes with additional tips to use for different types of fuel cans.

Time will tell, but great for roasting Chilis
Use: I bought this to use as an easier way to roast my green chilies and tomatoes. It has worked great for that purpose. Much better than a plumbers torch.Pro: Good flame adjustment; no problems with igniter; comfortable; plenty of heat for my purposes. Feels sturdy, but time will tell haw long it lasts. Nice shape-fitting high density foam make for good shipping and storage.Cons: Instructions say to not use for more than 2 minutes at a time, unless your lighting a campfire, that is not very long. I used it for 3 x 5-10 min sessions and it is still working fine, but the metal collar gets very hot, as you would expect.I only give 4 stars because of 'Don't use for more than 2 minutes' warning, and because time will tell if this item lasts.

Use to enhance the chemistry of roasting
A blow torch is too hot for cooking. But, if you use it properly, it will make your roasted foods more savory and delicious. The challenge in cooking a roast beef is that you want the center to be tender and moist but you want the outside to be a little crisp and you want it to be roasted to unlock those savory breakdown products of the meat. One way to do that is to use a torch to initiate the chemical reaction that converts the proteins and fats in the meat into the aromas and flavors we love. Doing this with a torch is a delicate operation. Before adding anything else, go over the entire piece of meat gently. Just enough to start the fat a bubbling and the meat should just start to turn gray. Brown is too far. Just a few minutes. Remember, you are just triggering the roasting. Too much heat and those savory flavors turn bitter.Once prepped, then add your favorite rub or marinade prior to cooking.I like the TBTEEK torch because it is sturdy, comfortable in my hand and offers excellent control over the flame size. And, open wide, it lights off my fire pit logs in no time.

Gets it done! 🥬
Works great and has a strong adjustable flame. Comes empty so make sure you have butane. It’s sturdy and stands well on its own. It’s got long lasting usage too with a full tank

Will Still Release Gas when Locked
Overall, it's satisfactory. One issue I have with it is that it has a safety switch that will prevent the torch lighting when it's locked. But even with the switch locked it will still release its butane fuel. I'm pressing the activation button right now with the safety locked and it's not lighting. The button isn't going in, barely moving even, but I can hear the fuel hissing. Just be aware that the safety lock does not keep it totally safe. It can still release gas with it locked.
