Just started using my vibrating plate and loving it !It will certainly be a huge booster while doing some exercises on it and strongly believe I will have great results. Already feeling my circulation has improved … the limphatic results will come quickly too 👌It arrived well packed, delivered next day to my door. I wasn’t too sure about the claims made for this product but thought it was worth a go. We’ll let me tell you it is amazing. In no time at all I am more supple than I have ever bean and feel and looked totally toned. Excellent quality and very quiet whilst in use. As everyone else has said …. Could do with some decent instructions but a quick google resolves that issues. Worth the money. Go on treat yourself - your nose will thank you for it. Why did you choose this product over others?:Quality, functionality, feedback and reviews and cost. Noise level:Very quiet. Surprised thought it would be nosier.

Quite small compared to vibration plate I had previously. However it works well. Good vibration

Very easy so far to use. Finally have something I can work out with that will help me. Since being very ill it is a challenge to impossibility to do a work out. So easy, I use it 40 minus approx 3 times a week. So many complaining about lack of instructions, it's works all the muscles used it 3 times and can see a difference, experimenting with the remote fun to use with music.This is fantastic. I can feel my muscles being worked and rippling, it's pretty quiet, I just press it on and play, it works on a timer for 10 mins. It's got a good weight to it, great value for money, so happy with this purchase.

Super impressed with this vibration plate, powerful, yet surprisingly quiet, it has different exercise modes, various levels of intensity and you can change the length of time required for your exercise. It gives a whole body workout, and you can definitely feel the effect afterwards.

Really pleased with this purchase. Over the last week i have used this machine 40-60 mins daily and have been amazed at the results. I feel energised and have lost 5lbs in weight!The machine itself is easy to use and is light, compact and runs quietly.

Bought here instead of Weightworld...whose customer service is sadly lacking. This was straightforward to order,delivered on time. A great product that we're all enjoying using.

Bought this as I work sitting down all day in a car so get little to no exercise. It only arrived today & I’ve used it for 10 mins on speed 21. You can feel it working your muscles. It’s an odd sensation when you first try it. The little remote is useful, you need aaa batteries for it, they don’t come with it. You get resistance bands with it aswell. It’s really quiet when it runs even at faster speeds.
