Bought this as a gift for my wife and it turned out great - excellent image transfer, good quality materials and construction, excellent price, and timely delivery. Would have been 5 stars but the pillow surface came with small marks and creases from - apparently their packaging method - and it doesn’t go away; maybe it will with washing. I also felt the pillow case should have had a thicker material for the backing.

I got this pillow for a friend's birthday, and she absolutely loved it. I was a little nervous when I saw the preview, and the pictures didn't fill up the whole pillow, but the final product did have the pictures across the whole pillow on both sides. The delivery was a couple days later Dan expected, but fortunately my friend is very understanding and absolutely loved the gift.

Two friends of mine recently lost their beloved doggies. I ordered a pillow for each of them, and I can't believe how gorgeous they are! When my friend texted me the picture of her corgi in the recliner, I had to do a double-take-- it was almost an optical illusion. The pillow with the terrier also came out great, even though the picture I sent was not very good quality. The seller asks for a picture that is at least 1500 X 1500 pixels, and the corgi pic was about that-- you can tell because the result was so great. The terrier pic was nowhere near that big (in file size) but it still came out fabulous. And I love that you get the pillow filler, too. I can't recommend this product and seller highly enough.

It took a month a month to get this. The pillow cover came with creases through the photo from being folded, which I hope it comes out of it. The photo is very dull looking. Overall I would not buy from this company again.

The shipping took FOREVER. I forgot I even ordered it. The customer service seems very passive and not fluent in multiple languages. The quality of the product is meh. The pillow is nice and the cover seems serviceable, but the "hidden zipper" is not that hidden. Also I edited the photo in my cart to fit on the pillow a specific way.... and that didnt matter at all. They just smacked the original photo on the pillow. The quality of the photo was also meh. Nothing horrible.... just why.

Turned out, great better than I expected! Small cute, soft. And, with the pictures, I chose taking up the whole pillow, no odd empty space.

They loved it! I used a picture of them, and I wish I had saved it so I could share. But guess who loved it most? Their 9 year old daughter - she took it to her bed and snuggles with Mom and Dad at night. Great gift, and well made pillow.

It was a bit late but it was definitely worth the wait. I expected much lower quality but was surprised by how wrong I was.
