Been taking these for around 5 weeks and definitely feel they are making a difference to the pain from my arthritic knee. Struggled swallowing at first As they are quite big, but got used to them now.had a bit of a upset tummy for the first few days which may have been a coincidence. Will definitely be ordering more.
