Not sure why other reviews say this runs small. I ordered the small, but it is way too big. The belt and waist is about 2" too big even on the smallest setting. The neck is also huge and doesn't look like it does in the picture with the model. I wish there were an extra small, and I'd try it. Size 2 dresses and pants or size small shirts are usually a perfect fit for me. I'm between 5'5" and 5'6", 114 lbs. The dress should be sized according to numbers as it is more of a tailored look. When dresses are sized S, M, L they usually cover a wider range of sizes, and I think this dress should fit specific to your size or it won't look right. I also noticed the blue dye rubbed off onto my fingernails just from handling it to try it on. Be careful what you wash it with! I'm going to have to return it. No biggie. The overall make of dress is great for my style. I ordered the extra large according to measurements, but is a little tight at top, but still fits me.

I purchased a medium. This dress is a little big in the waist and shorter than expected.
