Has anyone used the salt stone that thai crystal sells and also tried this? i really like the salt stone, i am wondering how they compare.

I have both. I use the stone when I travel so it doesn't count against the amount of liquid allowed. I like the spray best and I buy multiples. The last 3 bottles all had defective spray tops. So frustrating! The stones chip off so that's why I like the spray better.

What are the ingredients?

I am traveling for the month of June so I am not at a place to look. I have transferred 3 oz into a small airplane bottle for my travels. I am sure you can google it. It works really well for me. Give it a month for your body chemistry to adjust with itt. I have been useing it for years

Would this help with sweaty feet? Or is it just odor?

The spray works wonders on stinky feet. I use it on my feet and my grandson feet. So I would recommend this to help with stinky feet.

Can you spray it in your shoes to take away the smell?

If you spray it on your feet, then your feet won't stink, thus no smell in your shoes. But the deodorant is not a coverup. It won't mask an odor. It prevents odor by killing the bacteria that produces odors. So if your shoes already smell, maybe it;s too late.
