Bostitch Office Pencil Sharpener, 1 Random Color, Twist-n-Sharp, Kids & Colored Pencils, (PS1-ADJ)

I purchased two Bostitch Twist N Sharp manual pencil sharpeners for my kids to use at school. They are a great size. It has 2 options for sharp or blunt pencil tips which I’ve never seen before. It sharpened perfectly! It is easy to open the side to dispose of the shavings. It works great. The metal is safely tucked inside the sharpener and can not hurt small fingers. Easy to use and does what it’s intended. Would purchase again!

The best pencil sharpener. Blunt tip option for littles. Ratchet twist is a game changer; easy, fast, and fun. It’s small and doesn’t take up a lot of desk space, unlike an electric. Holds a lot of shavings, without making a mess. I never cared about a pencil sharpener, until I tried this one. If you need something for makeup, or larger pencils and art supplies, the regular and large holes option is also fabulous. I’m obsessed and can’t stop buying them. They are in my makeup bags, my kids pencil bags, my desk, etc. Well made, innovative (for what it is), and reasonably priced, not things you can say often anymore.

I sharpened 100 colored pencils and it’s still working strong! Pencils are sharp. Great value . Highly recommend!

Honestly, one of the best pencil sharpeners I’ve ever bought my kids and super affordable! I got these July 2025, for $1.97. I purchased two and both were the red color, would’ve loved a pink and a blue one but not a huge deal.My first grader had a little trouble using it but once i showed him he has now sharpened an entire box of Ticonderoga pencils.Both of my kids couldn’t figure out themselves how to empty the cartridge, so i showed them. Also, the first few times opening one of them was pretty difficult. I had to use the edge of my scissors to get it open, but it’s now opening fine and closes securely.Definitely recommend for all ages! It’s quite fun to sharpen the pencils myself!

I have been hunting down this sharpener after I bought the first one to replace the one that always broke off the leads on my softish colored pencils. (I'm an ordinary user of colored pencils; I don't know what artists use and how this sharpener would work on those.) This is a primo sharpener; best I ever used. I get a fine point on #2 graphite, as well. Easy to empty. Cap stays secure; no shavings spills. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. mb

I got this one to replace my old sharpener. Handy little sharpener. Works well. I haven't had any issues with the top coming off like my old one. I like to go out and screech sometimes so that top not falling off is important. So far I've liked this sharpener it gives you a good point and the colors are just fun.
