I like how simple it is to install. It’s larger than I expected and perfect to prevent people from stealing my mail. The holes inside to install are rather large so you would need bolts to hold it down. Worth the money, FOR SURE!

Several times within the last few years mail has gone missing from our traditional arched top mailbox. It got to the point where we could only put mail out for pickup an hour or two before the postman arrived and had to make sure we retrieved arriving mail an hour or so after delivery.Our neighbors agreed that we needed to get secure mailboxes and I took on the responsibility of purchasing security mailboxes and having them installed. Other friends of ours had purchased these mailboxes and we liked them very much. The mailboxes turned out to be exactly the size and provide the level of security we were looking for. They are heavily constructed of steel and have a weather-sealed locked door. I also purchased a matching steel post and mounting plate. Mounting hardware was provided, but I bought self-locking nuts instead of using the provided hex nuts. I went to an online vinyl lettering store and ordered the house numbers.We are extremely pleased with the mailboxes. We have no worries if we cannot immediately retrieve incoming mail. All standard sized letters and magazines fit inside, as well as packages up to the size of a standard check box, and the mailbox will handle several days of mail if we are away.

Quality made, Lock is a bit cheesy...Holes did NOT line up with holes In the metal post (Bought separately). Drilled new holes and all good.

I love this mailbox! After continious mail theft in our street, this is mail fort knox. The box is big enough to hold small parcels or a weeks worth of mail, with a saftey metal flap that prevents thiefs to reach into the slot to retrieve mail.No mail theft any more.At least not for incoming mail. The mail box has a clip inside for the mail man to retrieve outgoing mail, and the outgoing mail still gets stolen, for it is still accessible. So for outgoing mail we use the postoffice or other safe mailing options.But thats our particular problem here and has nothing to do with the mail box.It is very sturdy, easy to mount (took me five mins, old one down new one up) and well made.Very happy with it.

Brick mason had no problems installing and it's a nice upgrade. They went to the trouble of making the flip open door with a nice rubber gasket to keep the rain out. But, it doesn't fit properly and closes loosely, rendering that gasket irrelevant. For pennies more, they could have improved the quality of the flip door and turned out an impressive product. It's like having a brand new Mercedes, with a plastic door handle. Just feels cheap. Sure, it works OK, but feels cheap every time I open it.

Did some custom decals to make it my own and custom install bracket to bring it down to mailman level as the other boxes are. Great size, plenty of room inside.
