Wonderful information
Great DVD! Made a believer out of me, and I've changed to a plant based whole foods way of eating! My cholesterol level lowered from 241 to 187 in two months.

It’s Your Life. You decide how to live it.
Let’s get real. Too many of us have done a bad job taking care of ourselves. This film is a wake up call. Everyone should see this film.

I love this documentary
Important documentary to watch if you want to avoid chronic diseases - nearly all of which are created by the foods we eat.
