chair arrived on time and upon un boxing i found all components well package and in good condition, my husband set up yesterday, easy set up it,him say perfect chair. the small speakers produced remarkable sound quality for their size, and the Bluetooth receiver paired easily with my phone. chair as an exceptional value for comfortable and use in any office or home.

When I first ordered the chiar it came damaged with little scratches around the leather which in time would peel off like my other chairs, I ordered another one and this one came with a 2 cm deep cut near the front seat area. Whatever it was fine as I would not touch the area that much. After building it the gas absorber didnt even work my chiar will constantly bounce when you sit on it and of you let it go down it will not get up by itself. I'm really disappointed with this product. It looks good feels pretty comfortable but my experience has been horrible.
