Had to use my old hand held showerhead . The one which came with it leaked water al around it. Then needed to buy longer hoses .Overall it's ok .... I'm happy I didn't buy more expensive one cuz I'm pretty sure they all are the same. Just the brands are different.But when I'll remodel the whole shower I'll have it all different .. separate jets and valve built into the wall.

Multi-function 'luxury' addition to your shower workout the luxury price of extensive plumbing costs. While this does require a plumber to install, (or a good home plumber), we couldn't be happier with the product. The shower nozzle options are fine (handle, rain head rectangle, waterfall, and body nozzles), water pressure is good throughput (we have boosted to 70psi in the house and find no issues with this system), and the amenities it offers in the timer and temperature indicators are very nice to have. I didn't think I'd care for the led lights but they are a nice feature, especially for an evening calming shower. Plumbing install cost is a bit more than standard, but well worth it. Our very experienced plumber marveled at it and felt it was made well too.

I installed two of these in a new home. They seem like good quality. Make sure to install them high enough up on the shower wall - my plumbers installed the pipes too low at first...need to install them about 3.5' above the floor (which seems really high for a tub spout).

To start off what came isn’t what I ordered similar but not what was on the picture. Being that I didn’t have time to send it back I just used it. The instructions... what instructions??? I had to call the company and their technician couldn’t help what was wrong with why the led lights weren’t working. Honestly it was easy to install even with issues I would buy another one.

Bought new paid 200 to install and it dont work properly now waitng on a replacement and pay another 200.00 to have installed thats 400.00 to instal both units so yea lost alot of money consideing hiw much i paid.i hope the other works and amazon has done nothing for me ti help with cost of the instal twice and words is not in english thats on unit.

Works great but the Included hose did not have a threaded connection on both sides so had to go Home Depot to purchase a replacement.

Order and install them and everything was just fine and after 6 months of use start leaking the temperature don’t work anymore . Is a cheap thing witch don’t worth the money because in the end you will pay more

It comes with a beautiful stainless finish,but has cheap plastic fittings.The temp gauge is wobbley and loose,cant see it keeping water from getting in the back,and ours came with 2 dents near the top,has a retired stainless fabricator,I'm pretty sure it was shipped that way

Love the new shower, a few things to note- Need to be careful with installation, my contractors got it too high the first time. Second attempt was 5cm above my head (and I'm higher than my wife). That worked better. Spout is still a bit too high, but can get bathtub faucet of water no problem.- The side streams are barely usable. One his the head, another area between back and legs. Not very practical. And when steam is too strong, water is everywhere. We don't use that setting at all.- shower handle is very light. Takes some time to get used to, as other handles are heavier.- battery to show temperature is at the top, so no need to get the shower of the wall, just reach above- Great water steam. We really enjoy it- great for kids, as we can have light steam for them, unlike regular shower heads where you just control the temperature.- you select temperature separately. So you know what temperature it should be the next time you use itDespite some minuses, we love it. Just wanted to mention negatives in case others care about those more than I do.

Bought this and had it professionally installed and within 6 months the finish was coming off the panel. Contacted the company and they blamed it on water stains. As I explained to them the panel was well maintained by being dried off after every use and proper ventilation in the bathroom. I also tried a descaler and realized it wasn’t hard water but rather the finish itself. Avoid this company and their products. They do not honour their warranty and use any excuse not to compensate for their inferior quality.
