Nice product
Excited to try this along with the Garcinia Cambogia I already had. I feel full and do have more energy. Just don't take this after dinner time or you won't sleep well. I'm assuming due to the caffeine that's in it. I should have known. Otherwise I like the product and would purchase it again.

I definitely feel a difference in my appetite and energy level when I don't take this. It works well to control appetite and I actually feel more full when I take this before a meal. Works for me!

Day 2- So far so good.
I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia and the SDF-4. The other SDF's did contained GC, but not the recommended daily dosage for effectiveness. Plus I know that Green Coffee extract and Raspberry Ketones work well together so I wanted something that had all the superfruits, without the GC since I was taking that on it's own with the full recommended dosage.So far I feel good. More energy. Not hungry at all. This may sound silly, but my body feels like its eating some of the fat. Weird? Maybe that's just my imagination, but certainly feel different.Since this is only day 2 I'm going to wait before I start screaming from the rooftops and on Youtube about how wonderful all this stuff is. I'll just say:So far so good.
