Is there a recommended spray bottle to purchase for the concentrate?

There is no specific Muc-Off branded spray bottle. You should be able to use any generic spray bottle to mix the concentrate.

Does this come with the spray bottle as pictured?

It does not. You need to buy that bottle first and then these concentrates are environmentally friendly refills to the first bottle (or you can use a generic spray bottle).

Can it be use on matte black paint?

Yes, this cleaner is gentle and safe for all types of paint. Be sure to dilute, as this is the concentrated version.
