Good for back stretching
A good, sturdy piece of kit. My only issue is that it’s expensive for what it is

Used one of these at my local gym during a yoga class and loved it that much I bought my own for home use.

Ideal Tight Back
I have had this now for a month and used "almost" daily I suffered with tight back which at the end of the day if sitting got quite uncomfortable, thought I would give this a go. Day one i could hardly arch on it needing numerous cushions to support my head, but as the days progressed I soon got down to being able to use with head unsupported Its a great feeling now as I hear a few pops from my back as I settle in to it. I also slip this right down to the base of my lower back after a run as it provides a great stretch for hip muscles and also stand on it to stretch calves Pain from back muscles went after 10 days of use

Triggerpunkte
