It lets you mount the entire five-roll sanding pack to the wall or to your bench so you can easily tear off whatever length you need using the integral steel straight edge. The grits of each roll are stamped on the dispenser for easy reference. To load the dispenser, simply remove the end plugs from the Multi-Roll Sanding Pack, transfer the entire roll of sanding strips into the dispenser, and replace the end plugs. Made from corrosion-resistant galvanized steel.

I got this for my husband and he loves it. Keeps his sandpaper handy so he can get a small piece or larger piece as he needs it.

Comes without sandpaper !
Item is pictured as a sandpaper dispenser with rolls of sandpaper . This is not the case,you get an empty metal box.
