Didn't get all the pieces promised
I love the bottle and the carrier but they seem to have left out the spout top... I asked if I could just have a replacement top shipped and Amazon wouldn't do that. I'm bummed because this was why I wanted this bottle but I can deal with an open mouth top.

This is water bottle is great. It kept a cold drink cold for thee entire day and it was affordable.. That's 36 hours + that the ice stays in there. Very impressed bag high quality and fits many types of bottles. This is just what I needed. This is a fantastic bottle bag.

NOT as advertised
Ordered 14 of these bottles, only 7 arrived and only 2 of those have the sport lid that was the reason we ordered them. Extremely disappointed as they were for the participants of our nonprofit. Will be returning ASAP and purchasing elsewhere.

Love this
The bottle hold their temperature extremely well. Stays cold - hot for advertised time. Oh, it came in a nice bag. The mouth is large enough for ice cubes as well. That's good.
