Can you add and remove users ? Will this use the credits

The Smart Lock can manage up to 200 users, and you can add, and remove the users, and there are no such things as credits, the App is completely free.

Hi can this lock be used in a multi point lock ?

Nuki smartlock can only operate the deadbolt. So no it can't be used on multi lock since it won't be able to control the locking pins via door handle.

can this be integrated with an alarm if the door was opened without the proper access?

Yes, but this button just for access only. If you prefer alarm, set at your own nuki lock, and you need turn ON or standby the app with notifications ON at your phone or smartwatch (if you at work and phone not allowed).

How long does the battery last?

However, the exact battery life of a Smart Lock is largely dependent on the individual case. Stopped working after 13 months, tried a firmware upgrade - its not bricked, contacted Nuki support, will increase my rating if they replace free of charge as its just out of the 1 year warranty** Update **Nuki have shipped a replacement unit

Incredibly useful for holiday rentals!

This is great for letting guests check themselves in to holiday rentals. You can program in time restricted access codes so the guests only have access to the property when you want. There’s no need to worry about guest losing keys anymore! Great product!
