UPDATE: I took my rating down a star for this edition. It appears that most (if not all) of the video, including game footage, was "zoomed in" to make the picture appear "wider" by cutting off the top and bottom of the video. As noted below, this modification reduces the image quality for some of the videos, which I confirmed by comparisons with the older set made on the same TV. One thing a Michael Jordan DVD doesn't deserve is worse image quality. This is a disappointing change from the earlier release,  20th Anniversary Collector's Edition of Ultimate Jordan . I recommend that fans looking for the ultimate Jordan DVD consider the 20th anniversary collector's edition set of three double-sided DVD's, especially if you can find it at a comparable price!PREVIOUS COMMENTS: I was able to directly compare some of the videos in the current 7-disc box set (the one with silver and red lettering on a black background) with the earlier Ultimate Jordan Collector's Edition videos (from 2004? silver cover box set). In the earlier set, the Air Time and Come Fly With Me Videos are sharper than they are in this new release. When I compared them side by side, I saw that the videos in the new release have been zoomed in and cropped off at the top or bottom to fill more of a widescreen TV. I believe that is the reason for the blurrier rendition of those videos in the new release. Plus, this should be labeled as modified from the original version since they have cropped away the videos. Great content, but you may want to consider the Ultimate Jordan Collector's Edition instead...

If you are a MJ Fan this collection is quite appealing. Having owned virtually everything that is MJ on VHS, I was stoked to see such a great collection come to a single DVD set. The reason I marked it down is due to the terrible Dolby Digital conversion. In Dolby the entire collection echos like in a tin can...it's bad trust me...to the point where you have to switch to pro logic sound to approach normality. This was very disappointing after seeing and hearing the MJ to the Max - IMAX conversion to DVD which sounds great in Dolby Digital.If having digital sound is not important to you than get the collection.....If you are a Home Theater Fan you'll be disappointed.

All of those great MJ videos compiled in DVD. It's all here, what every MJ and basketball fan should own and experience. The remastery was magnificent. The picture, color and sound is impressive. Man, I've been a MJ's fan since 1989 when i first picked up a basketball. I've been collecting lots of MJ's stuff for a long time, even shoes i've got 100+ pairs and I've got 3 of the 5 VHS of MJ's series, but this one has to be the best, with MJ's top 10's for assists, dunks, pass, and all.. This has to be the best deal ever on Amazon for a DVD, don't miss it. I saw it first at a friend- Nat's house, and I told myself that "I'm gonna get meself one of this and along with Jordan to the Max". The way how all the moves were compiled together are just awesome, and the graphics are just the BEST!!! This is just the best DVD I've ever saw.Some of the footages were just wonderful, there were so many great memories of the games from the greatest basketball player, and he is one that exemplified it all and it were all kept in this 2 discs pack. I urge anyone of you who has a poster, a card, a pair of AJ or any apparel of MJ, this WILL COMPLETE what you have. GB.

Its good, go get it now. Well at least for those who don't already have Come Fly with Me, MJ's Playground, Air Time, Above & Beyond, and His Airness in their video collections. Each of the films on the DVD outlines a certain period of his career. CFWM and MJ's Playground detail the young Jordan, before he could beat the Pistons and the Bad Boys. Don't mind the bad productions in both, and just skip the playground scenes with the kid. Air Time and Above & Beyond, well sit back and enjoy. The last one is just a summary of his career, so there are repeat clips and interviews. The bonuses are great, all the great dunks and moves are included, and the Memories section has some humorous and touching recounts by other pros. I especially liked the reaction of Darrell Armstrong during his first game when MJ went out for an open court dunk. Everything for the MJ Junkie is here, so get it right now.

I love every minute of it. Video was not crystal clear but that was expected since it is from the 90's. It really took me back to my favorite basketball era

Vaya que ya pasaron muchos años desde esos 2 tricampeonatos de los TOROS....Son 7 dvd, en donse se aprecian varios videos que tratan de varias cosas de Michael jordan; algunos son malos, otros son un poco mejor (en uno mencionan a los tenis). El discurso del salon de la fama.Lo mejor son los partidos de campeonato y los 2 juegos de mas de 60 puntos contra los celtics y los cavaliers. Obvio, el último partido donde se ganaron el campeonato VS el jazz ( son varios últimos juegos pero no son todos)Recuerden que en esas época la calidad del video no era buena ( unas escenas se ven mal ).

The delivery service left the package in the main entrance of my building where anybody could have taken it without me knowing. I've provided the information to contact me when i purchased this because it is not the first time it has happened.Otherwise the product was nicely packaged and worked beautiful. I enjoyed the vintage NBA gameplay and believe the product to be great for all MJ fans out there.

The title says it all "ultimate".Want to know why we don't see any DVD set from todays NBA "stars". Because no one is matching the great Air Jordan.

Es la mejor recopilación de video de MJ, excelente. Si alguna vez quería tenerlos todos, aquí están para que te deleite con la carrera del mejor jugador de basketball que ha existido en el planeta.

Beau coffret mais seulement 4 étoiles car j aurais préférer moins de reportages sur la vie de michael mais plus de match de sa carrière. En effet le coffret 6 DVD pour 6 match et 6 reportages et diverses bonus.De plus, il y a des décalages entre son et image sur certains matchs. Les commentataires qui ont été rajouter pour l édition sont très décevant sur certains match. Dommage...J'aurais aimé également un match des jo à barcelone que je ne me souvient pas avoir vu.Mise à part ça, je trouve que c'est le meilleur coffret Jordan sur le marche, le plus complet. Le conseil en attendant mieux.
