Game changer
I highly recommend this to those in their 3rd trimester. I purchased this when I was 34 weeks pregnant and have been using it for almost a month (38 weeks pregnant now). I got it to replace an inflatable U-shaped pregnancy pillow I’d been using for the previous couple months because sleeping on my side was just not working for me anymore. This air mattress allows me to sleep on my stomach. I now zonk out cold for most of the night and wake up in a puddle of my own drool (lol), so it’s quite comfortable! No more back pain or stiff hips when I wake up, either. It does take up quite a bit of room in the bed, so I have to sleep in a separate room from my husband with it. A few tips for use: make sure you use the included hammock for your tummy so your skin doesn’t stick to the mattress. When inflating, make sure to squeeze the valves to let air in. I recommend topping it up with a little bit of air every night for maximum firmness and support. For reference, I’m just shy of 5’3” in height and about 173 lbs right now.

Hole for bump very small - not for large bumps or plus size women
The hole is tiny and will not fit my bump! The product says it can hold up to 330lbs - one would assume that it fits most women and most bump sizes. I’m 215lbs and 20 weeks, my bump fills the entire hole and spills out the side, putting uncomfortable pressure on my belly. If I had a much smaller belly this product would be awesome, but it is clearly not for plus size women, women with large bumps, third trimester bumps, or women carrying multiples. Product also put a lot of pressure on large breasts. Product would be much better with an adjustable bump hole and no breast/pillow area so you could use your own. I was really looking forward to being able to lay prone and take some pressure off my back and hips. Very disappointed.

Neck cramp!
How do you get comfortable?! I'm not sure how so many women are falling asleep on this, my neck hurts! The rest of my body is comfortable and laying on my stomach is a dream, but I'm not able to fall asleep cause I can't get my head comfortable. Not without getting a neck cramp. Sleeping seems impossible. This isn't working for me.

Sturdy, but not the best for nighttime sleep
I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and have been a stomach sleeper all my life, so was hoping that this pillow would help me sleep better by giving me the option of being on my stomach. It’s high quality rubber, a nice thickness for being on the floor (it seems a little too thick for on the bed), and seems like it will hold up well, but the belly hole seems to be positioned too far to the top for nighttime sleep - my pillows hang off the end. But my baby is also riding fairly low, meaning I have to be closer to the top end to get my bump in the hole, so if your baby was riding higher it would probably work better. I’m keeping it for now because it has been nice to at least give me a reprieve from side sleeping at night.

My best pregnancy purchase!!
I’m so glad I found this product!! I’ve been having back pains for a while and have not been able to get comfortable. This pillow has really helped. I have taken it on a few beach trips and used it in the pool as well which has been awesome! It came exactly as pictured and has been a lifesaver- I highly recommend!

More pain than relief
It deflates in between uses and constantly needs blown up. I have SPD/PGP and I thought this would relieve pressure from my back as I can no longer lay on my sides. This is such an awkward height that getting on was extremely difficult with my injury. Once I was able to get on it flared up my Pelvic pain and made is worse the rest of the day. I don’t recommend it to anyone with an injury similar to mine. It will make it A LOT worse.

Pregnancy Necessity!
This is a must for any pregnant lady. It takes away my back pain, hip pain, and helps when baby is kicking like crazy. Plus my partner can properly massage my back again. I had a pump to blow it up, it would be difficult to do just with lung power.
